We collect only what we need to run a booking or to tell you what comes next. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we collect
- When you book a visit day or a workshop edition: your name, email address and phone number, the day you chose, the number of people, how you are coming, and anything you tell us in the notes.
- When you follow Samam with the following form: your email address, and your phone number if you give it.
- When you apply for a camp: the answers you give on the application form, which is a Google Form. Google keeps them for us.
Where it is kept
Bookings and the following list are kept in a D1 database on Cloudflare, in our own account. Only the Samam team can read them.
Razorpay takes the payment. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay and never to us; we see only that the payment was made. Razorpay keeps its own record under its privacy policy.
We send the confirmation email through Cloudflare.
What we use it for
- To confirm a booking, to tell you of a change to the day, and to refund you when the rules say so.
- To tell you of the next visit day, workshop edition or camp, if you follow Samam.
We share it with nobody else, unless the law makes us.
How long we keep it
We keep a booking for as long as the law tells us to keep accounts. We keep you on the following list until you ask us to take you off.

This site sets no cookies, shows no advertising, and does not count or follow its visitors.
